I just bought the 600 Pro with spiral dough hook, and all I can say is WOW! The new spiral hook works totally different than the old C-hook. It is no longer the dough "slap" against the sides of the bowl. Instead sprial dough hook makes the dough in the middle of the bowl and knead to mix. You can see how effective this tool is. I've run 5 different bread recipes through this mixer, and I did not have to complete any of the hand again. Just enough to shape the dough before proofing. 6 quarts bowl is a must have for manufacturers of bread! Now I just need to figure out how to give all that bread!.
